• Online: Using the product section simply add the items you require to the shopping trolley and then follow the link to the checkout, no other details are required.
  
  
• Email: To order by email please send details of your order to us at sales@executive-retail.co.uk, please remember to include your account number.
  
  
• Telephone: To order by telephone please note down the items you require and call 020 8216 1980 during normal office hours.
  

Returns:

Faulty Goods: Goods returned as faulty can only be accepted as such if they are defective in manufacture. Such goods will be credited if Executive Retail is notifed in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Transit Damage or Shortages: No claims will be allowed unless submitted within 3 DAYS after receipt of goods.

Cancellations: Cancellation of orders is permissible within 21days of receipt of a written order at a cost of 10% of the invoice value.

However upon receipt of approval of artwork and 100% payment of invoice cancellation of an order is NOT permissible.

Currently payment is made as soon as you complete the checkout.

We will shortly be offering the ability to pay for the personalisation of your items online. Due to the time it takes for your logo/design to be printed on to the items, we will take 50% of the payment immediately and the remaining amount once your order has been dispatched. Please not that the initial 50% cannot be refunded once your order is processed for printing.
